International Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping options that you can select from in the checkout. All our prices stated on this website are excluding shipping costs. You can choose from different shipping options and depending on speed and destination the price will vary. They will be dynamically displayed and calculated during the checkout process. Here are some examples:

Free Standard Shipping from 50 EUR order value:

Germany, Austria.
Free shipping with DHL Standard for all orders above 50 EUR. Otherwise 4.95 EUR.
DHL Express can be booked during checkout optionally at additional cost. 

Free Shipping for other countries depends on their zone:

Zone 1
Examples: Netherlands, Belgium, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Spain, UK
Free shipping above 50 €, otherwise 9,90 € 

Zone 2
Examples: Albania, Croatia, Greece, Monaco, Portugal, Switzerland, Ukraine,  
Free shipping above 50 €, otherwise 14,90 €

Zone 3
Examples: Mexico, Russia, Israel, North-Africa, most Asian destinations
Free shipping above 100 €, otherwise 34,90 EUR

Zone 4
Examples: Argentina, Brazil, Central Africa, Oceania, South Africa
Free shipping above 100 €, otherwise 49,90 EUR

We also offer the option to select DHL Express to get the products faster. The costs for Express shipping are higher than the shipping rates shown above and will be calculated during the checkout depending on weight of the package and the destination. 

Returns and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Our products are hygiene products. To return items please ensure that they are in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need to add the receipt or proof of purchase. We can find your order easily with your email and / or order number. 

To start a return, contact us at hello@upperhand.co. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You always have the right to revoke your order up to 14 days after your purchase without any reason. And you can always contact us for any question at hello@upperhand.co
